The title of this blog is a bit misleading. I am not addicted to fitness...actually, quite the opposite. However, I am hoping that maintaining a blog devoted to fitness and good health will help keep me inspired to better myself. One year ago I weighed a whopping 345 lbs. I am now down to 290. Which, believe me, was no simple task. I still have a long way to go before I am satisfied with my body. I am hoping that by recording my progress and posting/reblogging whatever inspires me, I can in inspire others in return. Follow me if you like. This is not my personal account but I am happy to help inspire anyone to better their lives.

While on The Biggest Loser Diet, you should eat a minimum of 4 servings daily. At least half of your servings should be from vegetables; the other half from fruits. Don’t have more fruit servings than vegetable servings.

It’s been about three weeks since I’ve visited the gym. Which isn’t that long but apparently it was long enough. My body was NOT feeling it. It’s amazing how hard it is to fall back into an exercise routine once you have taken a break from it. I need to get my body used to it again.
